Off The Mat, Into The World is the only training institution within the yoga community, bridging both yoga & activism. 100% of proceeds from the event will be donated to the organization in order to continue underwriting trainings for yogis wanting to find their purpose, activists needing tools to make their work more effective and sustainable, and everyone in between. Learn more about the organization at www.offthematintotheworld.org.

What can attendees expect?

We are bridging the LA Yoga & Dance communities together for a community event, showcasing the work of local instructors and while contributing to the growth of leaders throughout the country!

True to it's name, this will be a marathon of sorts: 7 hours of non-stop music, yoga, performance, & dance.

Experience yoga from OTM leaders and explore movement in dance forms that may be completely new to you. All classes are welcome to all ages, all bodies, all people, and ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE.
